When we unify ourselves with God, we are unstoppable. He tells us that He will stand with us and any other followers to create a barrier that cannot be broken by evil. God reminds us that we cannot do things alone, but we can certainly do anything with Him and other followers. Mark 12:30 – Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. He will establish you and guard you against the evil one.ĭaniel 10:19 – And he said, “O man greatly loved, fear not, peace be with you be strong and of good courage.” And as he spoke to me, I was strengthened and said, “Let my lord speak, for you have strengthened me.” Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.Ģ Thessalonians 3:3 – But the Lord is faithful. Joshua 1:9 – Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Isaiah 41:10 – Fear not, for I am with you be not dismayed, for I am your God I will strengthen, you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous hand. He will calm our fears if we remain faithful that He will protect us. God also reminds us that with the same strength He has given us, we need to use to love and glorify Him. He reminds us that He will use His power to strengthen us. When we are waiting on God’s strength, God reminds us not to fear our weakness. Psalm 118:14 – The Lord is my strength and my song he has become my salvation. Psalm 31:24 – Be strong, and let your heart take courage, all you who wait for the Lord!ġ Chronicles 16:11 – Seek the Lord and his strength seek his presence continually! Isaiah 40:31 – By they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength they shall mount up with wings like eagles they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.Įphesians 6:10 – Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. He works His strength within us during our times of weakness, and He instructs us to seek for His power and hold faith that His strength will perfectly carry us through.Ģ Corinthians 12:9-10 – But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. God tells us that not only do we have the strength within us given by Him, but that His power becomes even more valuable when we are weak. We Have Strength in Our Weakness When We Have Faith in God Psalm 29:11 – The Lord gives strength to his people the Lord blesses his people with peace.
Psalm 18:31 – For who is God besides the Lord? And who is the Rock except our God? Isaiah 40:29 – He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.Ģ Timothy 1:7 – For the Spirit God gave does not make us timid, but give us power, love and self-discipline. Psalm 18:32 – It is God who arms me with strength and makes my way perfect.
Psalm 73:26 – My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.Ģ Samuel 22:33 – This God is my strong refuse and has made my way blameless. Genesis 1:27 – So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him male and female he created them.ĭeuteronomy 20:4 – For the Lord your God is he who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies, to give you the victory.Įxodus 15:2 – The Lord is my strength and my song, and he has become my salvation this is my God, and I will praise him, my father’s God, and I will exalt him. We know by His word that even when we do not feel strong, we have the strength within us, because we are His children. He made us to have the strength He possesses, even when our bodies are weak. He tells us in throughout the Bible that He is almighty, powerful, and created us to be like Him. We as God’s people have His strength within us.
